Derrick Droz

Hello! My name is Derrick Droz. As an Iowa native, I was born and raised in Kalona Iowa. I have lived in Iowa City, North Liberty, and most recently moved back to my hometown of Kalona with my husband Cody and our two dogs, Tucker and Milo. I spent a good portion of my young adult life, lovingly serving the hospice and palliative care community. My desire is to continue to serve the people and the communities I love within the corridor through my passion for real estate. Buying or selling a home is easily the largest transaction a person will make in their lifetime, but it does not need to be a stressful one. Travis Gaule

I grew up in the area and went to school at the University of Iowa. I currently am living in Tiffin with my wife Cailing Li and our two children Audrey and Liam.

Before joining Skogman Realty I owned and operated I Love Pho, a vietnamese restaurant, located in Iowa City and Coralville.

In my free time I love to travel with my family. Typically I will travel to China where my wife's family lives. 

Audrey Lester

Audrey was raised in Solon, IA, and has remained in the Johnson County area for over 20 years. She graduated from the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business with her BBA in Marketing and Professional Sales.

In her free time, Audrey loves spending time with her dogs, going to the gym, and being outdoors. She has also been showing horses since she was 7 years old and even won a World Championship! Audrey is actively involved in the community by volunteering with 4H and FFA events, as well as educating the youth on the sport of equestrian through judging.

Having worked in the customer service industry for the past two years, she quickly found a knack for sales and serving others. She will help you evaluate all of your options, keep you well informed throughout the process, and put your interests above all else.
